Important Notes for the 2026 Season

• Guest bookings must be paid in advance via PayPal.
• Payment at the office or with the host is no longer possible.
• The club does not have tennis rackets available for rental!

Prices Tennis Summer Season 2026

Active members play on the outdoor courts free of charge.
Active members with a guest pay 50% of the court fees.
Non-members, passive members, and members with team contribution pay for outdoor courts per use.

Per hour and court

Tennis lessons by external coaches on the club courts are prohibited.

Indoor courts are not managed by TC Neuperlach but by Tennisschule Hessler.

Please Note When Booking

• Outdoor court reservations are available for guests and members. Registration is required. Phone reservations are not possible.
• We require from every “booker” their contact details (first and last name, full address, phone number, and email address) as well as the first and last names of co-players. The “booker” is responsible for the accuracy of the data.
• It is not possible to book more than two courts or hours. Additional courts can only be booked after the previous booking has been used. A court booking is limited to a maximum of two 60-minute blocks (55 minutes of play, 5 minutes for cleanup).

Cancellation & Court Fees

Booked courts can be cancelled online up to 2 hours in advance. After that, only by the “administration.” We reserve the right to charge the court fee for booked but unused courts. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend on short notice, please send a brief message to platzbuchung@tcn-kail.de. This procedure is necessary to ensure courts are not left unused during peak times.

For online bookings, in case of cancellations (weather, etc.), the court is cancelled and users normally receive a cancellation email. Court closures are also visible in the online booking system.

How to Register

To make online reservations, you must be an approved user. A one-time registration is required:

1. On the homepage, click “please register” or go to “Log in” → “Register now.”
2. Enter your email address and a password in the form. Also provide your name, address, and phone number.
3. Accept the privacy policy.
4. Click “Complete registration.” Your details will be reviewed – any issues will appear in red text.
5. Upon successful registration, you will see the message: “Registration is now complete and your user account has been successfully created.”
6. The administrator will be notified by email and will activate your account. Until then, your login will be rejected with “This user account has not yet been activated.”
7. After activation, you will receive a confirmation email and can log in and book courts immediately.
